If you are not happy with any of the terms or conditions simply return it to us within 14 days and we will send you a full return of premium - subject of course to you having no claims.

Insurers

This travel insurance is arranged by Goudse Verzekering Maatschappij N.V. (incorporated in the Netherlands with limited liability and majority shareholder of Endsleigh), members of the Association of British Insurers and the Insurance Ombudsman Scheme.

The policy is governed by English Law and it contains full details of the procedure to follow in the event of any complaint. Buy Travel Insurance are an independent intermediary under the ABI Code of Practice and fully comply with its provisions.

Complaints Procedure

If you are still dissatisfied you can ask the Insurance Ombudsman (OB) to review your case.
