We know that form filling is a real pain, but we do need you to let us have the details requested so that we can get on with dealing with your claim.

What should I do now?

Where items are lost by an Airline or other carrier, you must obtain an Irregularity Report from and authorised by the carrier or handling agent whether the loss is temporary or otherwise.

To enable us to deal with your claim please send proof of ownership of the items that have been lost or stolen. These make take the form of invoices, receipts, manuals, photographs or guarantee certificates. We are sorry but, photocopies are not acceptable so please send originals as soon as you can.

What will we do?

We will aim to settle your claim as quickly as possible and on receipt of your claim details we will contact you within 1 week.

It may be necessary for one of our staff or a Loss Adjuster to visit you. This is a normal claims procedure so please do not worry. We will let you know if this is necessary on receipt of your claim details.

How long will it take to settle my claim?

In the unfortunate event of you needing to claim on the policy, you will find our claims teams proffessional and efficient. We will however settle your claim as quickly as we can.
